If we tested your assembly and failed it, we will automatically send you an estimate to repair the assembly. If your city or water department does the annual testing and failed your assembly, simply send us a copy of the failed test report or letter and we will put an estimate for repair together. Once approved we will get you on schedule and submit the repair report for you.
I had new construction or remodeling done and now the city wants me to install a Backflow prevention assembly, what do I do?
Send us any documentation you received from the city or water department, and we will perform a site inspection free of charge. Once the site inspection is completed, we will send you an estimate to install. Once installed we will test and submit the proper reports to your city or water department.
